Services

My name is Poona Roonz. I have been providing dedicated Apple Macintosh-based support services to small businesses, designers and creative professionals, as well as families and home users since 1988. I am certified by Apple as an Apple Certified Support Professional.

THE MISSION

Make it easy to do complex things. When it stops working, get it to work. Most importantly: empower Mac+Tech clients without burdening them with technical issues. A lot of my work is showing people how to do things more easily (training). I also do all those technical things you’d expect – setting up networks in homes and offices, wireless, automatic backups, configuring email accounts, data recovery, upgrades, and much more.

SUPPORT SESSIONS

I can usually schedule an appointment within a day or two. Sometimes I can juggle my schedule and provide same day support.

THE TUNE-UP

Technology changes fast. At least once a year, I recommend having a professional update your software and run basic diagnostics to keep your computer running well. When I do a tune-up, I also evaluate your computer and let you know if you would benefit from a macOS system upgrade, Click HERE for more on The Tune-Up.

WE DO WINDOWS

All recent Macs can run Windows using an app like Parallels or VMware’s Fusion Pro. When requested, I set Windows up on your Macintosh computer to give you the ability to switch back and forth (from Mac to Windows) and use real Windows' programs. It is also possible to migrate data from a Window’s computer to a new Mac.
